About the role#
As an Account Representative, you will handle inbound calls from policyholders. You will manage transactions that do not require an insurance license. This is a full-time position for recent high school graduates.
What you'll do#
- Provide high-quality service to customers during every interaction.
- Answer inquiries about Personal Lines Insurance accurately and independently.
- Manage your time to meet performance goals.
- Complete follow-ups and workflow transactions efficiently.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Good listening and multi-tasking skills.
- A history of positive attendance.
- Reliable transportation.
- A home workspace free of noise and a high-speed internet connection.
- Previous work or volunteer experience in customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

- This role is based on-site in Trenton, New Jersey, or Hammonton, New Jersey.
- The position is full-time and paid.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
