    About the role#

    NVIDIA is looking for interns to join our Hardware Physical Design and VLSI teams. You will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business while gaining hands-on experience in accelerated computing. You will tackle challenges in AI and digital twins alongside our hardware teams.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with creative and ambitious team members.
    • Participate in various aspects of VLSI and Physical Design.
    • Contribute to projects that support our work in AI and digital twins.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
    • A resume or CV that clearly indicates your anticipated graduation date.
    • Course or internship experience in areas such as Floorplanning, Place and Route (P&R), and Static Timing Analysis (STA).
    • Familiarity with EDA vendor tool suites like ICC2, PrimeTime, and Innovus.
    • Programming skills in languages such as C, C++, TCL, or Python.

    Location & details#

    • This position is based in Santa Clara, California.
    • This is an on-site, full-time, 12-week internship.
    • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
    • This is a paid position with an hourly rate ranging from 20 USD to 71 USD, depending on experience and education level.
