About the role#
As a student intern on the Geotechnical team, you will perform hands-on, real-world work that connects your classroom experience to your future career. You will gain insight into our firm while assisting our engineering staff with technical documentation and project tasks. We encourage freshmen and sophomores to apply for this position.
What you'll do#
- Assist geotechnical engineering staff with the preparation of reports and appendices.
- Support lab operations as needed.
- Perform various types of testing and reporting in the field.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Location & details#
- Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time with rolling terms, including availability during the school year and summer.
