About the role#
As an intern on the Roadway team, you will contribute to transportation projects ranging from urban and rural roadways to highways and interchanges. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and apply your classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project design through CAD drafting.
- Perform engineering research to support ongoing projects.
- Write technical reports.
- Collaborate with team members on various transportation assignments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a civil engineering degree program.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
