About the role#
As a summer intern on the Survey team, you will perform hands-on work that connects your classroom experience to real-world projects. You will work alongside experienced surveyors to support our clients. This role requires travel to job sites at different stages of construction and involves working in various types of terrain and weather.
What you'll do#
- Assist with fieldwork, including topographic and boundary surveys.
- Help perform ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Support construction staking tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete project goals.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in land surveying, construction management, civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
- Strong communication skills.
