About the role#
The Omni Care Internship is a hands on training program at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. You will act as a utility player, rotating through various departments to learn the hospitality business. This role is designed for individuals who want to gain experience in a resort setting. Successful completion of the program may lead to acceptance into the Leader in Development program.
What you'll do#
- Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events.
- Work in various entry level service positions across the property.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Attend training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A focus on customer service, with previous experience in this area preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on different projects.
- The ability to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Marketing, or Human Resources.
