About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship at RDO Equipment Co. in Irving, Texas. You will work on-site as part of a rolling program designed to build your foundation in equipment sales. This role offers the potential for full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Explore dealership operations by rotating through different departments to learn daily workflows.
- Build your sales skills, including product knowledge, inventory management, and relationship development.
- Learn to navigate company systems and processes.
- Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training.
- Maintain a professional image, follow all safety protocols, and support a positive team environment.
What you'll need#
- A self-starter mindset and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A tech-savvy approach with comfort using computers, Microsoft Office tools, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
