    About the role#

    This position is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). It is designed for transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses who are new to the corporate sector. Interns work with leadership, veteran coaches, and HR professionals to build experience in customer solutions and technical support.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide customer service for Oracle online venues via phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
    • Research customer inquiries using Oracle applications to determine product and service entitlement.
    • Provision license keys and passwords to activate access to products.
    • Collaborate with company stakeholders to develop procedures for business needs.
    • Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics.
    • Create and maintain process documentation for content management systems.
    • Manage customer feedback through the department quality management system.

    What you'll need#

    • BA/BS college degree.
    • 1-2 years of work experience, which may include internships.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Preference is given to US veterans transitioning from active service or military spouses new to corporate experience.

    • This is a full-time, paid internship based in the United States.
    • The role is on-site.
    • The position pays $30 per hour and requires 40 hours per week.
