About the role#
We are looking for a Program Operations Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our career readiness programs. This role focuses on the day-to-day operations that help students identify their career paths. You will work closely with our program operations team, career coaches, and other internal departments to keep our services running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Manage and execute daily operations for program services.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, career coaching sessions, and field trips.
- Update and develop standard operating procedures for both onsite and virtual programs.
- Track key performance indicators to ensure we meet our operational goals.
- Analyze existing program processes to find inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Collect and interpret data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project planning and track deliverables against established timelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in Business Administration, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or Organizational Development.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
- Experience in program coordination, operations, or project management is preferred but not required.

- This is an unpaid volunteer position.
