About the role#
Passion for Life, Inc. is looking for a Program Operations Coordinator Intern to help run our career readiness programs. You will assist with daily logistics, track program data, and engage with participants. This role involves analyzing our current processes to find ways to make them more efficient. You will work closely with our operations, HR, and instructional design teams to support our career coaches and management staff.
What you'll do#
- Plan and coordinate program service logistics, including workshops, career coaching, and field trips.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and program policies.
- Create and track key performance indicators to ensure we meet our operational goals.
- Analyze program data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Manage day-to-day operations and execute project tasks according to set timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support team objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or a recent degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track project deliverables.
- Ability to collect and interpret data to improve program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
- Previous experience in program coordination, operations, data analysis, or project management is helpful but not required.

- This role is based on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
- This is an unpaid volunteer position.
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
