About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the procurement department in the Montreal district for a duration of 4 or 8 months. This role is on-site.
What you'll do#
- Support the procurement process by handling Requests for Quotes, Purchase Orders, Price Lists, and various reports.
- Maintain vendor files and track purchase orders.
- Monitor deliveries and communicate with site personnel.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and issuing inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records and complete additional tasks as assigned by the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program focused on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with numbers.
- High attention to detail and effective time management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Previous knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
