About the role#
As a Consultant Relations Group Analyst intern, you will support the relationships between PIMCO, investment consultants, and client-facing teams. You will work alongside Account Managers to provide service to consultants by responding to requests and sharing information on investment strategies and products. This role offers exposure to performance data, market trends, and the use of data and automation tools to improve workflows.
What you'll do#
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and investment strategies to support consultant and client insights.
- Conduct research on investment products and market conditions.
- Prepare reports and updates for Account Managers that summarize investment performance, strategy changes, and market outlook.
- Stay informed about market developments to provide timely insights.
- Partner with teams across PIMCO to support a cohesive consultant relations approach.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program during the Fall 2027 semester.
- A minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Business proficiency in English.
- A strong interest in financial markets and investment finance.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Accounting.
