About the role#
The Winter Tax Internship Program offers hands-on experience in public accounting. You will work within an industry group and assist in providing tax services to our clients. This is a paid, part-time position running from mid-February to mid-April.
What you'll do#
- Assist with tax scanning and tax return preparation.
- Work as a team member on diverse client engagements.
- Build relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Learn and apply basic technical tax requirements.
- Gain proficiency in the microcomputer applications used by the firm.
- Follow firm policies and procedures to maintain professional standards.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 75% of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
- Availability to work weekends when necessary.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask while remaining customer-focused.
- Willingness to work in a busy environment.

- Note: Frequent local travel to clients and other firm locations may be required. We do not provide work visa sponsorship.
