About the role#
This paid internship program runs from early January through mid-April 2027. You will work alongside industry group specialists to provide audit services to clients. This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Assist clients with routine accounting functions.
- Draft financial statements using prescribed formatting.
- Prepare portions of compilation, review, and audit engagements.
- Develop your knowledge of accounting pronouncements and basic income tax principles.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 75% of a bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated progress toward CPA exam eligibility.
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites 80% of the time.
- Access to a car or public transportation for local travel.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
