About the role#
As a Managed IT Consulting Intern, you will work directly with external clients to support their business operations. You will be treated like entry-level staff, taking on real responsibilities that help protect businesses through their technology investments. This role involves a variety of engagements that allow you to apply your technical knowledge in a practical setting.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to ensure client business operations run without interruption.
- Identify and resolve issues with PC and server hardware, software, mobile devices, AV equipment, and network services.
- Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user requests.
- Perform project work, including migrations, upgrades, and security audits.
- Support clients in a rotational, on-call environment.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- You are a detail-oriented leader.

- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour.
- This is a paid, non-exempt position. It may require work hours exceeding 40 hours per week and occasional local, national, or international travel. Sponsorship is not provided.
