About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Agency Finance organization at PNC. You will gain exposure to the multifamily finance industry, including Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms. This role is a full-time, paid position designed to provide real-world experience and serve as a pipeline for the C&IB Real Estate Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations related to underwriting, including portfolio administration, periodic reviews, due diligence, and loan documentation.
- Assist with sales functions such as client research, pre-call planning, pre-screen, relationship reviews, and loan structuring.
- Work directly with the Relationship Team and senior management.
- Engage in social learning by networking with business representatives and peers.
- Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics.
- Ability to work in an office setting.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in either Calabasas, California, or Dallas, Texas.
- The program takes place during the summer of 2026.
