About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for undergraduate students. You will join the Human Resources group to gain exposure to a specific line of business and learn how HR supports the company. You will work under supervision while applying your knowledge to support internal projects and core HR activities.
What you'll do#
- Assist with core HR tasks and internal projects.
- Network with business representatives, peers, and mentors.
- Participate in social learning activities like job shadowing and community outreach.
- Gain insight into HR functions such as talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or HR analytics.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated interest in human resources through coursework, projects, or previous work experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
