About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Retail Product Innovation organization. You will gain exposure to the strategic side of banking products and services, ranging from user experience design to deployment. You will work alongside professionals to solve real banking problems, participate in a learning curriculum, and focus on building an executive presence.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with other interns to deliver a final capstone project that solves a real customer need.
- Network with business leaders and peers across product management, technology, and operations.
- Learn the end-to-end product lifecycle and how changes impact the firm, customers, and shareholders.
- Participate in mentorship, job shadowing, and community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
