About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides exposure to the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) division at PNC. You will gain experience across various lines of business, including the Financial Institutions Group and the Diversified Industries Group. The program combines on-the-job training with formal classroom learning to help you build foundational skills in banking.
What you'll do#
- Support core activities for client teams, including deal support, sales processes, and internal projects.
- Gain exposure to analytics, credit, relationship management, and financial modeling.
- Participate in social learning, including networking, mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
- Complete a structured program that includes classroom sessions and a case study.
- Work under supervision with limited approval and exception authority.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or Computer Science.
- Strong problem-solving ability and an interest in mastering complex financial products.
- A strong work ethic and a competitive nature.
