About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice to support teams with financial statement audits. This role provides direct exposure to audit methodologies and client support initiatives while you observe professional work environments. You will learn to apply accounting standards and contribute to project goals in a team setting.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to help maintain transparency.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends.
- Document audit processes and findings to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- You hold at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- You are typically in the third year of a four-year degree or the fourth year of a five-year program.
- You must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
