About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to develop consulting skills within a strategy and M&A team. You will work on projects focused on creating and capturing value during acquisitions and divestitures. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 based in Montreal.
What you'll do#
- Assist with growth and turnaround strategies and integrated due diligence.
- Perform data analytics and operational excellence tasks.
- Create and review financial models.
- Gain hands-on experience with client work and strategic planning.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy, including AI fluency and effective prompting.
- Legal entitlement to work for PwC in Canada.
