About the role#
Pylon builds an all-in-one platform for B2B post-sales support. We use conversational data and intelligence to help customers manage their operations in real-time. As an intern, you will join our engineering team to build features that improve efficiency for customer support and success teams.
What you'll do#
- Build and ship features that help customers run their operations more efficiently.
- Create prototypes and iterate quickly in a non-waterfall environment.
- Manage your own work and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Work alongside a technical team with experience from companies like Samsara, Affinity, Airbnb, and Meta.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and Summer 2027.
- Experience building product features through internships or personal projects.
- Familiarity with our tech stack, which includes React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS.
- A growth mindset and a desire to receive feedback on your work.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in San Francisco, California.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
