About the role#
The Process Analytics Intern supports the Technology Delivery team by analyzing and improving operational workflows. You will focus on IT Asset Management, infrastructure projects, and PMO functions. This role is for students interested in data-driven decision-making and technology operations.
What you'll do#
- Map and analyze business processes across Technology Delivery programs.
- Collect and interpret operational data to find bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop process documentation, such as flowcharts, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Contribute to the standardization of terminology and data collection practices.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and validate process changes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- US Citizenship.
