About the role#
QTS Data Centers is offering a summer internship for students interested in enterprise applications and access management. This role focuses on supporting our technology teams as they manage the tools and infrastructure that keep our operations running. You will work on real initiatives that support our business objectives while gaining experience in a critical infrastructure environment.
What you'll do#
- Help staff use Microsoft Suite tools including Office365, Power Automate, Copilot, and SharePoint.
- Monitor the status and availability of in-production technologies.
- Respond to break-fix issues and coordinate long-term corrective actions.
- Develop and populate new database structures.
- Track and resolve security vulnerabilities and associated risks.
- Define and track agile development of software features requested by the business.
- Assist with technology procurement and delivery processes.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- You must be a US Citizen.
