About the role#
This is a full-time, remote co-op position within the Interiors Contracts team. You will work alongside Contracts Managers and Administrators to support the business through various administrative tasks and projects. This role requires a commitment to work from January through August 2027, which typically involves taking a semester off from coursework.
What you'll do#
- Support the electronic organization of documents in a new repository tool.
- Provide administrative support for a small customer or program.
- Assist with the review of contract terms.
- Create or update tools using Microsoft applications.
- Work on special projects for the Interiors Contracts team.
- Network with peers across the Contracts organization and the Interiors business.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Prelaw, English, or a relevant field.
- You must be actively enrolled in your degree program through the end of the co-op session.
- You must have completed at least 60 credit hours by the start of the session.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access necessary systems.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position. You must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states.
- The role is full-time, Monday through Friday.
- This position is paid.
