About the role#
This is a four-month internship within the Development Engineering department. You will manage experimental engines while working closely with Module, Build, and Test Engineers. Your work supports the validation of new engine designs through testing and data collection.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate engine builds by managing the modification or instrumentation of sub-components.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to determine necessary testing requirements for new designs.
- Gather quality engine data during testing phases.
- Contribute to ongoing projects within versatile engineering teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
Location & details#
- Location: 1801 Courtneypark Dr. E, Mississauga, ON.
- Modality: This position is exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5th to April 23rd, 2027).
- Compensation: Paid position with a salary range of 23.70 to 34.50 CAD.
- Requirements: Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and obtaining required clearances for handling controlled goods.
