About the role#
This role focuses on community building activities to support our venture building efforts. You will work with a team to connect with founders and potential partners interested in our approach to long-term social problem solving. The team operates primarily in the GMT+8 time zone, and you will need to be available during those working hours.
What you'll do#
- Create and prepare marketing materials.
- Manage social media content and respond to community members online.
- Translate content between English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Build and maintain partnerships with like-minded organizations.
- Meet with community members through calls or in-person sessions.
- Synthesize and analyze data gathered from community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A reflective mindset with a deep curiosity about personal growth.
- Openness to working with people from diverse cultural and disciplinary backgrounds.
- An interest in community building and meeting new people.
- A willingness to approach learning and tasks with a beginner's perspective.

- This is a remote, paid, full-time internship position.
