About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering Intern at Reflect Orbital, you will take on responsibilities similar to our full-time engineers. Your work directly impacts the success of our flying constellation. We look for individuals who want to solve hard problems and contribute to our mission in a hands-on environment.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, analyze, manufacture, and test spacecraft components.
- Build complete tools and testing setups.
- Prototype and iterate on designs rapidly.
- Ensure your work is fully completed and shipped.
What you'll need#
- Ability to face challenges that do not have a known solution.
- Willingness to act as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Capacity to work independently while knowing when to seek expertise.
- Experience building and shipping complex, high-quality solutions.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Hawthorne, California.
- The term is rolling, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship.
