About the role#
Regal Rexnord is looking for an Operations Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This program is designed to develop future participants for our Early Career Rotational Program. You will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or planning environment while working on a project that delivers measurable results. You will partner with operations leaders to learn continuous improvement principles and build skills for future leadership roles.
What you'll do#
- Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Present project results and recommendations to site leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and supply chain.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected to graduate within the next year as a rising senior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through work, school, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
- Interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and operational excellence.
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
