About the role#
The Fairhaven Seasonal Internship offers hands-on experience within a ministry environment. This program runs for 10 to 15 weeks during the summer of 2026. It is designed for individuals who want to explore their interest in ministry and develop leadership skills.
What you'll do#
- Engage directly with the ministry environment.
- Attend training sessions focused on support-raising.
- Discern your personal call or passion for ministry work.
- Complete an initial questionnaire and participate in a local assessment process.
What you'll need#
- An interest in developing leadership skills.
- A willingness to serve on ministry teams.
- Some entry-level ministry experience.
- Ability to commit 10-15 hours per week.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Philosophy, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
