About the role#
The Planted Apprenticeship is a one-year, part-time program designed for individuals who want to explore their ministry calling through practical experience. This role focuses on building resilience and healthy habits to support long-term ministry work. You will work directly with seasoned leaders to gain competence and clarity in your calling.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on ministry activities.
- Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions with experienced leaders.
- Contribute to weekend services and church events.
- Test and confirm your personal ministry calling.
- Develop personal resilience and sustainable ministry habits.
What you'll need#
- A desire to explore a calling in ministry.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on ministry experience.
- Ability to receive mentorship and coaching.
- Commitment to personal spiritual development.
- Interest in sustainable ministry practices.
- Academic background in Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or History is preferred.
