About the role#
This internship offers undergraduate students the chance to work on business-critical initiatives at Restaurant Brands International. You will be matched with a strategic project in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, or Procurement. This is a full-time, paid opportunity designed to provide real-world experience and potential pathways to full-time roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in an orientation session to learn about the company culture and business strategy.
- Engage in skills training sessions throughout the summer.
- Collaborate with an assigned mentor and project manager on high-impact initiatives.
- Attend leadership lunch and learns along with various social events.
- Present your final project findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Open to all majors including Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, and others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a desire to take ownership of your work.
- Interest in the QSR industry.
