About the role#
This internship provides undergraduate students the chance to work on business projects sponsored by senior leadership. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives across departments such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, and Procurement. The program includes a dedicated orientation, mentorship from a buddy, and regular coaching. You will conclude the summer by presenting your project findings and recommendations to department and senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a strategic project that impacts how we serve guests and grow revenue.
- Identify business-critical initiatives within your assigned department.
- Present your final recommendations and project results to senior leaders.
- Participate in networking events and leadership lunch and learns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Natural leadership potential and a desire for ownership.
- Interest in the quick service restaurant industry.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week on-site.
- Compensation: $1,250 CAD per week.
