About the role#
The RBI MBA Summer Internship Program offers first-year MBA students the opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives within the quick service restaurant industry. You will take on real business challenges and contribute to brand-specific initiatives while gaining exposure to senior leadership. This is a full-time, paid summer program designed to provide high-impact experience.
What you'll do#
- Participate in an initial orientation and skills training program to learn about the business and company culture.
- Lead a strategic project selected by senior leadership in departments including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, or Procurement.
- Present your project findings, recommendations, and business impact to the head of your department and the Brand President.
- Engage in coaching and networking opportunities throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a 1st year student in a Master of Business Administration program with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- At least 4 to 7 years of prior work experience in fields such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven people management experience, specifically having at least one direct report or having led a group, team, or project.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to solving problems.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership potential.
