About the role#
Retensa is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate for the Fall 2026 term. This is a remote, part-time internship that provides hands-on experience in marketing strategy and brand visibility. You will work on real projects, manage budgets, and contribute to our goal of improving workplace engagement globally.
What you'll do#
- Research industry trends, digital content, and competitor activity.
- Present and execute your own campaign ideas.
- Support the creation, editing, and launch of marketing videos.
- Conduct keyword research and recommend strategies for AEO and SEO goals.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO to increase website traffic and domain scores.
- Write new content and optimize existing materials like blogs and whitepapers.
- Create social media content and track performance analytics.
- Pitch public relations initiatives to help grow brand visibility.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college senior or a graduate student.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- You maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You have strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- You are comfortable managing multiple projects and taking initiative.
- You have experience in at least three of the following: Social Media, Blogging, SEO, Lead Generation, Google Analytics, AdWords, or Canva.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote.
- The internship is part-time, requiring up to 24 hours per week over 3 to 4 days.
- The term lasts approximately 14 weeks.
- This is a paid position with a $1000 stipend provided upon successful completion.
