About the role#
This co-op program offers Electrical Engineering students the opportunity to gain practical experience at our manufacturing plant in Louisville. You will work alongside experienced engineers and production staff to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects and operational challenges. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to engineering projects that support manufacturing and plant needs.
- Create engineering drawings to support project requirements and execution.
- Identify and resolve engineering issues to maintain safe and effective plant operations.
- Participate in hands-on activities to gain exposure to manufacturing processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university-level Electrical Engineering program.
- Ability to learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, and measuring devices.
- Capacity to contribute to projects and assist in resolving engineering issues.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with engineers and production personnel.
