About the role#
As a Software Support Engineer Intern, you will work directly with our developers to address technical software issues. You will troubleshoot problems through telephone, email, and remote sessions. This role requires a solid foundation in JavaScript and a commitment to helping us maintain high-quality software.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across mobile, web, and server components.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Debug and resolve issues to keep our software reliable.
- Build scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud.
What you'll need#
- Foundational knowledge in JavaScript.
- Current enrollment in a degree program, specifically Computer Science.
- Junior or senior standing by credit hours.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week at our office.
- Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship.

- This internship is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
- The role is on-site and full-time for Summer 2027.
