About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position running from January to August 2027. You will need to take an academic term off to participate. The role focuses on standardizing project delivery practices and automating deployment processes across our global operations.
What you'll do#
- Create Visio process flows to standardize how projects are delivered globally.
- Develop templates in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel to unify project guidance.
- Design methods to reduce rework and variation by building governed, reusable content.
- Use Python and C# scripting to automate the deployment of Industrial Switches and Virtual Machines.
- Set up lab hardware, including PLCs and network switches, and build virtual machines for data centers.
- Consolidate process flows, templates, and playbooks into a single execution model.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a STEM-related degree.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Mayfield Heights, Ohio or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You are expected to work from a Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time position.
