    About the role#

    This internship within Lifecycle Services provides an opportunity to develop engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills. You will work alongside Field Service Engineers to gain hands-on experience in motions and controls. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.

    What you'll do#

    • Travel to customer sites with a Field Service Engineer to observe and participate in in-person support interactions.
    • Assist customers and field personnel with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • Manage customer interactions by setting expectations and documenting the steps taken to resolve problems.
    • Follow up with customers in a timely manner to ensure issues are addressed.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced engineering degree program.
    • A major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
    • Flexibility regarding location and frequent travel to customer sites.

    Location & details#

    This role is based out of field offices in Dallas, Texas; St Louis, Missouri; Tampa, Florida; or Davenport, Iowa. The position is on-site and requires travel.
