    About the role#

    This internship offers students the chance to work alongside engineers and industry professionals on projects within our supply chain and manufacturing teams. You will collaborate with a mentor to complete specific tasks and contribute to our goal of making manufacturing more productive and sustainable. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position lasting 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2026.

    What you'll do#

    • Work in manufacturing engineering to establish and deploy technical solutions for fabrication processes.
    • Support manufacturing operations by focusing on quality, safety, productivity, and delivery.
    • Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we deliver reliable products and services.
    • Assist with supply chain optimization in areas such as strategic sourcing, logistics, transportation, or production planning.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • An expected graduation date of December 2027 or beyond.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • These roles are on-site. You will need to commute to your assigned location daily.
    • Positions are available in Milwaukee, Middleton, Ladysmith, Mequon, and Richland Center, Wisconsin, as well as Twinsburg and Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
    • The specific work location will be determined at the time of an offer.
