About the role#
Roush is looking for a mechanical engineering student to join our Vehicle Engineering team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers hands-on experience with engineering and testing projects. You will work onsite 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Support a variety of engineering and testing projects.
- Gain hands-on experience in the shop and office.
- Learn automotive industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Vehicle Engineering team on design and development tasks.
What you'll need#
- Minimum junior standing at a college or university.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, industrial, civil, or electrical engineering.
- Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A strong desire to learn about body and vehicle engineering systems.
- Bonus points for experience with Formula SAE, Baja, or EV project teams.
