About the role#
RoviSys is hiring an Engineering Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Walnut Creek, California. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build automation and electrical control systems.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop automation and electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and sensors.
- Architect technical solutions using tools ranging from databases and AI to user interfaces.
- Write quality code that meets established standards.
- Map and design network architectures while configuring infrastructure components.
- Travel to customer sites to participate in planning meetings, commissioning, and testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program for Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Full-time student status with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A focus on problem solving and developing technical solutions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Compensation: This is a paid position at $24 per hour.
