About the role#
As a Business Tax Intern, you will join a team focused on tax specialty areas. You will work with both large and small companies across various industries, building relationships with clients to understand their business needs. This is a full-time, paid position for Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on tax specialty areas such as corporate taxation, federal credits, individual taxation, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Complete tax planning and research.
- Prepare federal and state and local tax returns.
- Build your knowledge of tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting.
- You have completed at least 90 credit hours.
- You have access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- A 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
