About the role#
RSM US LLP is seeking a Managed Application Services Consulting Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site role in Denver, Colorado, focuses on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will work within our Managed Application Services practice to combine business objectives with technical strategy. Interns receive mentoring from experienced team members and gain exposure to ERP, CRM, and business intelligence solutions.
What you'll do#
- Work daily with the Microsoft Dynamics platform and collaborate with onsite consultants.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and build successful relationships.
- Analyze business problems and design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics functions.
- Develop new features and perform data migration tasks.
- Test solutions within lab environments and provide both onsite and remote support.
- Troubleshoot business application issues and configure systems to meet objectives.
- Coordinate with Microsoft teams and utilize structured development methodologies.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language.
- Understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within team environments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Preferred: Development experience with .NET, C++, or SQL Server, and prior exposure to ERP or CRM systems.
