About the role#
As a NetSuite Consulting Intern, you will join our Business Applications practice to support client implementations and system updates. You will work alongside project leads to execute tasks using our firm methodology. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in San Diego.
What you'll do#
- Ensure the completion of project tasks, including functional and design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and data migration.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to configure NetSuite functionality and third-party integrations.
- Assist in requirements gathering sessions to map business processes to technical solutions.
- Assess existing client systems and suggest process improvements.
- Create and execute testing scenarios within NetSuite.
- Train end users on system features and assist them in creating custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Provide support for client questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside standard office hours.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- You must be one year away from graduation with your highest intended degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of business and information technology processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and travel to local clients if needed.
