About the role#
As a Strategy and Management Consulting intern, you will work with mid-sized businesses across various industries. You will gain hands-on experience by working on multiple parts of client assignments, rather than focusing on a single task. This role provides direct access to executive management and allows you to work within a collaborative team environment.
What you'll do#
- Meet with clients to conduct management consulting projects tailored to their specific needs.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements, challenges, and weaknesses.
- Assist project managers, IT leadership, and business users in optimizing project scope, risks, and benefits.
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis regarding IT spending, industry practices, and trends.
- Prepare reports on consulting services and discuss findings and recommendations with clients.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources, or Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for local and national client work.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel requirements.

- Compensation: $32 - $38 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
