About the role#
As a Strategy & Management Consulting Intern at RSM US LLP, you will work with mid-sized businesses across various industries. You will gain hands-on experience by working on multiple parts of client projects, providing direct exposure to executive management. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Meet with clients to conduct management consulting projects tailored to their specific needs.
- Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business requirements, challenges, and operational weaknesses.
- Help business users, project managers, and IT leadership evaluate the scope, benefits, and risks of proposed projects.
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis regarding IT spending, industry trends, and standard practices.
- Prepare consulting reports and discuss findings and recommendations with clients.
- Analyze and document improvement opportunities, including support for implementation and training.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources, Mathematics, Organizational Development, or Supply Chain.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally.
- Access to reliable transportation to reach client locations.
