About the role#
As a Field Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in construction operations. You will work directly with superintendents to support daily site activities and learn how projects move from plans to completion.
What you'll do#
- Assist superintendents with daily site operations.
- Help manage project document flow and scheduling.
- Participate in quality control and safety tasks.
- Develop an understanding of how job sites are coordinated.
- Support various project-specific tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Management, or a closely related field.
- You are within 18 months of graduating with your four-year degree.
- You can commit to working 40 hours per week for a term of at least three months.
- You can read and interpret contracts, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills.
