About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship for students interested in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Geotechnical Engineering. You will work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners to gain hands-on experience in your field of interest. As a member of our intern cohort, you will learn about all aspects of the firm and participate in professional development programs to help you transition from campus to your career.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with experienced staff on technical projects.
- Participate in structured professional development activities.
- Engage with a cohort of fellow interns.
- Gain practical, hands-on experience within your chosen service line.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, with a preference for rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to perform routine lifting of 40 to 50 lbs.
- Prior related experience or leadership roles in campus, community, or work settings are preferred.
- Must meet the requirements of our Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
- Valid employment eligibility verification (I-9).

- Location: Columbus, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (twelve-week period from May through August).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid position. Sponsorship is not available.
