About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will join a cohort of interns to gain hands-on experience in civil, environmental, construction, or geotechnical engineering. You will work directly with experienced professional and technical employee-owners to learn about the various aspects of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside experienced professional and technical staff.
- Participate as part of an intern cohort.
- Gain hands-on experience in your specific area of interest.
- Engage in professional development activities to help transition from campus to your career.
- Learn about the different service lines and operations of the firm.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, with a preference for rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to routinely lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Related experience or leadership roles in campus, community, or work settings are preferred.
- Ability to meet the requirements of the company Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
- Valid employment eligibility verification (I-9).
